Pedestrian Struck and Killed By Cars
A 53-year old pedestrian was struck and killed while walking her dog on Sunday in Concord. According to reports, the woman ran out into the street after her dog and was struck by two cars, one of which fled the scene. The identity of the woman has not yet been released.
