Taxicab and Limousine Crash, Injuring 5 Passengers and 2 Pedestrians
An early morning car accident involving a taxicab and a limousine injured 5 passengers and two
pedestrians who were injured when a light fixture from a light pole struck by one of the cars involved in the
accident fell on them. The
accident happened at the
intersection of Jones and Sutter in San Francisco. According to
reports on KTVU, one of the vehicles may have
run a red light.
No details were available as to how the accident happened, but police reported that the seven injured people were transported to hospitals with non life-threatening injuries.
