An Emeryville police officer was rear-ended at the intersection of
43rd and San Pablo last Tuesday evening. The
accident happened when a driver failed to stop for a
pedestrian, rear-ending the
motorcycle and sending the officer flying into the
intersection. The driver who
rear-ended the
motorcycle was not arrested but was allowed to leave after the CHP finished its investigation of the
rear-end accident.
