Pedestrian Struck and Killed By Hit and Run Driver
A 16-year old pedestrian was
hit and killed by a
pickup truck in Bakersfield today. Victoria Peterson was walking home at 8:10 a.m. when a
truck struck and killed her. She was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead within 1 hour.
