Solo Car Crash Kills 18 Year Old Passenger
A single-car crash last night in San Jose ended up with the passenger struck in the 2001 Ford Explorer as the truck caught fire, killing the passenger. The accident happened early this morning in San Jose and it is not yet known if alcohol was a factor.
Depending on how the accident occurred, the surviving family of the passenger may have a wrongful death claim to assert against the driver and/or his or he family.
